Douglas D.. Sheets, M.D.

Douglas D. Sheets, M.D., grew up in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine.  He then completed his residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.  He is Board Certified and a Fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.  Dr. Sheets focuses his practice on Gynecology with specific interest in health maintenance and hormone therapy.  He holds leadership roles in the North Carolina Medical Society and is very active in legislative issues and public policy.  His personal special interests include stained glass, pottery, and photography.
